By purchasing from Gorjo Editables you agree to these terms. Our digital templates are for personal use only.
Licensing
Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use licence. You may print unlimited copies for your own events but may not redistribute template files, resell them, or use them for professional client work without a commercial licence.
Merchant of Record
All transactions are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing and tax compliance (VAT, GST, sales tax) globally. Pricing is displayed in USD with automatic tax calculation at checkout.
Intellectual Property
All template designs remain the intellectual property of Gorjo Editables. Purchase grants a licence to use, not ownership of, the design.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
