What are digital templates?
Digital templates are professionally designed files that you can download, customize, and use for your events. Our templates are designed for weddings, parties, baby showers, and other special occasions. Each template is fully editable, allowing you to add your own text, change colors, and personalize the design to match your event theme.
How do I download my templates?
After purchasing, you'll receive an email with a download link. Simply click the link to access your files. The download link remains active, so you can re-download your templates anytime. Save the files to your computer or cloud storage immediately after downloading.
What file formats do you provide?
Our templates are available in PDF (editable with Adobe Acrobat Reader), Canva (requires free Canva account), Corjl (browser-based editing, no software needed), and JPG/PNG (print-ready image files). Each product listing clearly states which formats are included.
How do I edit and customize the templates?
For PDF templates, open with Adobe Acrobat Reader and click on text fields to edit. For Canva templates, click the included link, duplicate to your account, and edit directly in Canva. For Corjl templates, click the link and customize directly in your browser.
Can I print the templates at home?
Yes! Our templates are designed for both home printing and professional printing. For home printing, use a high-quality color printer with cardstock paper (220-300gsm for invitations). For professional printing, take the PDF files to any print shop.
What software do I need?
For PDF templates, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download). For Canva templates, you need a free Canva account at canva.com. For Corjl templates, you only need a web browser — no software or account required.
Can I use templates for commercial purposes?
Our templates are for personal use only. You cannot resell templates, use them for client events if you are a professional planner, or redistribute the original files. Contact support@gorjodesigns.com for commercial licensing inquiries.
What is your refund policy?
This website uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Under Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without reason. However, once a file has been accessed or downloaded, all sales are final.
Can I use one template for multiple events?
Yes! Once you purchase a template, you can use it as many times as you like for your own personal events. You cannot share the template files with others or use them for professional client events.
What if I have trouble opening or editing the files?
For PDFs that won't open, use Adobe Acrobat Reader instead of Preview. For Canva links that don't work, ensure you're logged into Canva first. For Corjl issues, try a different browser or clear cache. Email support@gorjodesigns.com for help within 24-48 hours.
Can I change the colors in the templates?
Canva and Corjl templates allow full color, font, and design customization. PDF templates have limited color changes — you can change text color but not background or graphic colors.
Do you send physical printed invitations?
No, we only sell digital templates. You download the files and print them yourself or send them to a professional printer. This gives you flexibility to print as many copies as needed and make last-minute changes.
